Disney World Lines (TP) App Reviews

Between this and Disneys app, we rarely waited more than twenty minutes to ride or eat.

If you hate waiting in line, this app is for you. My family used this app for every day of our Disney vacation and spent a total of maybe 30 minutes a day in line. Between this app and the fast passes, our days were way more pleasant than expected. Two caveats: one, if you want to minimize your wait time, you must get to the Parks close to opening and two, build in some extra time in Epcot between rides. Almost every ride dumps you out into a cool interactive play area that you wont want to skip just to make it to the next ride in time. At first I balked at the idea of being on a set schedule but I let my 9 year old treat the list of activities like a scavenger hunt and between treating the itinerary like a game and the decreased waits, it was totally worth it.

This is the ESSENTIAL app for planning and surviving your trip to Disney. We were locked into a specific Magic Kingdom visit date with no flexibility - one of the busiest days of the year. But with this app and a subscription to the companion website, we planned out our day and allocated our FastPasses in a way that allowed us to literally breeze through the park. In all, we did 14 attractions, met Peter Pan, had lunch and a couple of Dole Whips, and shopped for souvenirs between rope drop (8:50am) and 4:30pm. Without running! We were even able to rearrange our touring plan on the fly to accommodate a temporarily closed ride. Even the teenager was impressed with how little time we spent standing in lines. Granted, you have to exercise a little forethought and commitment, but if you want or need to make the most of your limited time and money, then this app more than pays for itself.

I have been to Disney more times than I can count which means I have spent more minutes waiting in line than I care to think about. This app is a game changer. I love being able to input the attractions we want to see, the time we want out of the park at the pool, dining, and FP+ and letting it "optimize". We have used this app for our last four trips and nothing could be easier for planning your trip. It is simply amazing! I would NOT do the World without the app ever again. Also got the Universal Orlando for our first trip there in Jan 2016 and it was just as great as the WDW version!

I like to plan as much as possible before going on a big vacation like WDW, and this app makes it so easy! I love the Crowd calculator tool, and the ability to factor Fast Passes into your touring plans. We wont use touring plans much on our upcoming trip because of our sons special needs but the app is still very useful!

This is a must use app for any and all who visit Walt Disney World. It will allow you to do more in less time.

Definitely worth the subscription and love the Lines Chat feature for in-park updates from people in the World!

I used this app for the first time today and it really help optimize the time we spent. We accomplished a lot. We went on 26 rides today which is amazing.

Trying to do Disney without this tool would be stupid

This app rocks and I also got the book which was very helpful. One of my favorite features of the app was searching for a particular food item you are craving.

This is the only app you need when at Disney! We go several times a year and I always use it for ride times.

Allows you to figure out the best way around WDW with the least amount of time in line. With a subscription, you can make your plans a lot earlier because you can see crowd calendars out farther and it will search for dining reservations for you if you cant get what you want when you first look.

It may seem like it would be more spontaneous just to go to Disney and find whats fun as you walk through. But in my experience that means making tons of little decisions what to do how long to wait. And then second-guessing arguing. Not fun. App is efficient detailed information on the waits for the rides and the choices. Prepackaged plans. Your own plans. Much better than the official site. Ultimate control so that you can relax in the parks and enjoy yourself

We are passholders at Disney World & Universal, so we travel to both places several times each year. This app helps us plan our days & keeps even seasoned visitors on track. Nice!!!

Indispensable resources for any Disney traveler. Even after a dozen trips to the World, I dont even begin to plan a trip before consulting the Touring Plans crew.

We are veteran travelers who had not previously used the app before our last trip in Oct 15. It was amazing. We would finish a FP+, check the app and get one or two attractions in before our next FP+, without waiting in crazy lines. Len, Fred and the entire TP Crew deserve every bit of the 5-Star review!
